• Child labor: Workers aged 14–16 must have a work permit; 17-year-olds need one if employed by businesses selling alcohol as per Alaska Child Labor Law.
• Paydays: Employers must pay employees at least semi-monthly or monthly.
• Final pay: State law does not specify an exact deadline; best practice is next regular payday.

7. Termination terms: Confirm at-will status unless you intend to limit it. Specify notice or severance policy (if any). Final pay timing.
