• E-signatures: Recognized under Montana’s adoption of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) (MT Code § 30-18-106).
• Recordkeeping: Employers must maintain payroll and employment records for at least 3 years (MT Admin Rules 24.16.3019).
