• Child labor: Minors under 14 cannot work (except in limited cases). Ages 14–15 are restricted to 3 hours per school day, 18 per school week, and no later than 7 PM (9 PM in summer). Ages 16–17 may work later but still face limits during school weeks. Hazardous occupations are prohibited under 18.
