What Is an Arkansas Eviction Notice?

An Arkansas eviction notice is a legal document landlords must serve before filing an eviction lawsuit in court. It gives the tenant a set amount of time to pay overdue rent, fix a lease violation, or move out before the landlord can proceed under AR Code § 18-17-901-913 and § 18–60.

When to Use Each Type of Arkansas Eviction Notice

How to Write an Arkansas Eviction Notice

To create a valid notice:
