Free Georgia Eviction Notice Template

A Georgia eviction notice is a written warning landlords must give tenants before filing for eviction in the magistrate court. It explains the reason for eviction, the legal timeframe for tenants to respond, and the next steps under Georgia Code Title 44, Chapter 7.

• 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit (GA Code § 44-7-50): Gives tenants three business days to pay overdue rent or leave before the landlord can file for eviction.

Follow these steps to prepare a valid notice:
