Free Ohio Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney Template

An Ohio motor vehicle power of attorney appoints an attorney-in-fact to make and execute the assignment of, or application for, your certificate of title. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles publishes it as Form BMV 3771.

The Scope Is the Title

The appointment covers making and executing the assignment of, or application for, your certificate of title for the described vehicle.
